Great for those who maybe aren't that confident around a gym. I have been to various gyms over the years but always felt a bit awkward doing weights with others watching. Never really learning the correct methods for lifting.
Working with Jake has seen my weight drop, energy levels increase and my overall body get stronger.
HUSH has all the equipment needed to ensure you have a great workout. The one to one sessions in the private room really helps when your sweating buckets or needing to make some weird noises as you push your body through your final set. Not something I would be comfortable with in a room full of gym goers.

I have been training with Sarah at HUSH for around 5 months now and she has helped me lose weight, gain muscle and tone up, which has in turn helped me to feel better about myself and to be more confident both inside and out. Had been considering a Personal Trainer for a while and after looking through the website came across HUSH. After an initial consultation with Jake, in which we discussed goals and targets, I decided to give it a go.
Jake created a programme based on my requirements which we have been working through and I am certainly feeling the benefits. Jake has shown that he is extremely knowledgeable in what works best and is full of encouragement during the sessions.
He is very good at working you to your limits without overdoing it and making sure that when its not working that there is always an alternative way to get the results.

I had my first session with Jake tonight and learnt more in one hour than I had in months with previous trainers. Highly recommend, the studio is well equipped and being private is such a bonus if you have gym fear like me but Jake made me very comfortable. Can't wait for my next session.
So after much debate about joining a gym, I came across this amazing place and amazing trainer, Jake. As it’s private I like the fact it’s either 1-1 or with a buddy and there is nobody watching you or making you feel uncomfortable as in the larger gyms. Jake pushes you but in a good way & a great laugh at the same time. If I was to recommend a gym this would be my number one!

I've been training with Jake for a couple of months and am delighted with the results. I'm not new to fitness and am used to working out regularly, but i was struggling to make progress in some areas. Jake creates a plan tailored to your specific goals, and each week I've been seeing improvements in my weakest areas. (I even look forward to doing exercises that i used to actively avoid!)

Only positive things to say about Hush, after 3 years of no exercise due to illness I took the bull by the horns and signed up. I don’t know what I was expecting but it certainly wasn’t the feeling of comfort, encouragement, positivity and humour, and of course not forgetting all the hard work Jake puts in. Great setup in the centre of Aberdeen. Jake plans sessions well and knows how much to push you to achieve your goals. Sessions are always fun and over before you know it.

Went to Hush after a friend started going. Love the fact it is 1:1 and no one judging what you can and can't do. Jake has made me love exercise again. Been with Jake now since October, started buddy sessions with my daughter, now go on our own twice a week. Always makes it fun and pushes you that bit further.
