Jake comes from Devon, having moved up for University, and has a very strong English accent, something that doesn’t always go down well in Scotland…
Jake got into fitness as a youngster when he played football and managed to get himself into the youth set up at Exeter City as a Goalkeeper. After being released and knocking up a couple of serious injuries, Jake took to the gym to build up strength again and has never stopped working hard and learning within a gym environment.
During the summer of 2016 Jake took his passion for fitness and gym work a step further by taking his official qualifications with the Fitness Education Academy, now holding a diploma in Personal Training as well as in Nutrition.
Jake graduated in the summer of 2017 with a 2:1 BA Honours Degree in Business Management from the Robert Gordon University, started the company in his last year at Uni and has since gone on to train hundreds of clients, producing fantastic results and gaining multiple 5 star reviews.
