10 years ago she started her fitness journey and over those 10 years she has educated herself on how to life a healthy lifestyle without spending hours in the gym, as well as having to give up on the food you love. Now it is her turn to pass knowledge on to others.
Everybody has different reasons for coming to the gym, whether it be for weight loss, building muscle, improving strength, or just trying something new.
